Flixster & iLike in Bed Together?

I just noticed that Flixster and iLike are cross-promoting each other from each site's footer. Could they be exploring some sort of merger?

    I had not read about this before, what a fine observation!

    Given the team behind iLike, http://www.ilike.com/about, anything that this company does scares me.
